What is Chakra Healing?
The chakra system is a network of energy centres that influences different aspects of your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, experiences and areas of life.
When a chakra becomes depleted, overwhelmed or out of balance, it can affect the way you feel, respond to challenges, connect with others and move through the world.
Chakra Healing focuses on restoring greater balance, harmony and energetic flow within the chakra system, supporting the areas of life connected to that energy centre.

My Chakra Healing sessions combine emotional release work with chakra focused healing, rebalancing and energetic optimisation.
