This policy outlines the standards and expectations for communication across all Find Your Ray and Ray of Avalon platforms.

I typically aim to respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

Response times may vary during periods of heightened planetary energy or when I am not feeling 100%, as I prioritise maintaining clear energetic alignment before engaging in communication.

Respectful and professional communication is required at all times. Abusive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated on any platform.

✦ First Warning: Aggressive, threatening, or intimidating messages will result in a single written warning.

✦ Cease Communication: Further violations will lead to communication being ceased and blocked.

✦ Reporting: Repeated contact after communication has been closed will be reported per platform policy, and users may be banned from access.

──── ✦ Policy on Order Forms ✦ ────

An Order Form is required for each healing or activation purchased. This form provides the intention, focus area, and essential details I need to align your session correctly.

Submitting your Order Form is what officially places you into my energetic order queue. Without it, your session cannot begin.

The only time an Order Form is not required is for Instant Healings or Healing Chambers. For these offerings, you are welcome to set your own intention privately through journaling or meditation, as they activate automatically upon purchase.

For orders placed through my direct shop, the booking form is automatically emailed to you after checkout.

──── ✦ Policy on Multiple Orders ✦ ────

I do not allow multiple orders to be placed at the same time.

Each healing is an individual energetic process that requires presence, integrity, and proper integration. Purchasing several items at once disrupts this flow and does not align with the ethical standards I uphold as a healer.

If you choose to order more than one item simultaneously, it is your responsibility to contact me when you are ready for the next session.

I am not responsible for tracking or re adding you to the order queue once an item has been delivered.

There is a mandatory integration period of five days per item. This timeframe is non negotiable and cannot be shortened.

──── ✦ Policy on Item Delivery ✦ ────

Instant Deliveries

For instant items, your file will be available to download immediately after purchase either from your email confirmation or directly through your account on the shop website.

Order Queue Deliveries

For all made to order or energy based items, the standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 business days, unless you have purchased a delivery upgrade.

Delivery Upgrades

Delivery upgrades apply to one item only. If you purchase multiple items and an upgrade, you must clearly state which item the upgrade applies to and complete all required information on your Order Form before entering the queue.

Delays Due to Illness or Unavailability

There may be rare times when I am unwell or temporarily unable to work. During these periods, orders may be delayed, and communication may also be limited.

All offerings at Find Your Ray and Ray of Avalon are designed to provide a deeply personal and energetically tailored experience for each individual.

Bookings are intended for the person receiving the service.

✦ Personal Bookings: Bookings are for individuals seeking to personally experience my services.

✦ Exceptions for Minors: Parents, guardians, or caregivers may book services on behalf of minors under the age of 16.

✦ Power of Attorney Rights: Bookings made by an authorised Power of Attorney are permitted where legally or medically required.

✦ Chamber Healings: Chamber Healings are the only services that may be booked for others.

Booking on behalf of another without their consent or without legal standing is not permitted.

──── ✦ Policy on Refunds and Exchanges ✦ ────

All services and healings provided through Find Your Ray and Ray of Avalon are highly personalised, energetically unique, and created specifically for the individual at the time of purchase.

Because of the nature of this work, no refunds or exchanges are available once an order has commenced.

✦ Refunds: No refunds will be issued once work has begun.

✦ Exchanges: No exchanges are permitted once a session is in progress.

✦ Policy Compliance: Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if another policy has been violated.

1:1 Sessions with Ray

A $50 holding deposit is required to secure all one on one sessions. This deposit is non refundable and non exchangeable.

✦ If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

✦ If you reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, the deposit can be applied once to a new booking.

✦ If that rescheduled appointment is cancelled or moved again, the deposit is forfeited.

By signing up to any platform operated by Find Your Ray or Ray of Avalon, including online shops, email forms, booking systems, and SMS tools, you consent to be added to our marketing list for periodic updates, promotions, and healing insights via email and SMS.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in communications.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of the trusted tools used for delivery and contact.

Cookies or data tracking tools may be used for analytics or customised experiences.
