What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code is a form of energy healing that focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotional energies held within the body and energy field.
These trapped emotions may come from past experiences, stress, grief, disappointment, fear, anger, relationship pain, or emotional overwhelm.
When they remain stored in the system, they can contribute to repeating patterns, emotional heaviness, self doubt, relationship challenges, and physical imbalance.
By clearing these emotional energies, the body and energy field are supported in returning to greater balance, clarity, emotional freedom, and energetic alignment.
How my sessions are different
My Emotion Code sessions have evolved into my own signature healing style. Rather than working solely from a chart, I combine intuitive guidance with the chakra system, emotional body and energetic field to follow what your soul is ready to release.
