An Order Queue Healing is a personalised energetic service that I complete specifically for you. Unlike an Instant Healing, the work has not been completed before you place your order. Your information, intentions and current experience guide the healing I complete on your behalf.

No appointment is required. After purchasing your chosen offering and completing the required Order Form, your healing is placed into my Order Queue. You do not need to be available at a specific time while I complete the energetic work.

Standard orders are completed in the order they enter my queue and are generally delivered within 5–7 days. Please allow up to one additional day for your order and completed Order Form to be processed. Your place in the queue is confirmed once both have been received.

Your Order Form provides the personal information, intentions and context I need to complete your healing. It also connects your submitted information with your purchase and places the offering into my Order Queue. A separate form must be completed for each healing ordered.

Chakra Healings focus on a particular energy centre, Emotion Code works with trapped emotional energy, while Multi Dimensional and Quantum Healings offer support across deeper energetic layers.

Yes. Active Find Your Ray members receive two Priority Delivery Upgrades during each three-month membership cycle. Follow the membership redemption instructions to apply an available upgrade to an eligible Order Queue Healing. Unused upgrades expire at the end of the active membership cycle and cannot be transferred to another person.

The information you receive depends on the offering selected. Where included, your personalised written report is delivered by email and may contain details of the energetic work completed, emotional releases, observations and any guidance received. Please check the individual offering page for exactly what is included.

Every experience is personal. You may notice emotional release, tiredness, clarity, physical sensations, lightness, vivid dreams or subtle changes over time. You may also experience the healing quietly without any strong or immediate sensations. Rest, hydration and gentle reflection can support your integration. A particular response or result cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the personalised nature of these services, Order Queue Healings cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or cancelled after the energetic work has commenced. Please read the complete offering description and applicable policies carefully before placing your order.
